Ryan Sneed

Recently retired from Maryville Consulting Group, where Ryan served as a Client Services Director for 20 years.  Ryan now serves as a part-time Strategy and Account Management Coach for Maryville Consulting Group where he guides and supports business development employees, new team members and interns.  Ryan's background includes engineering and manufacturing, business ownership, product and process development, along with a long career in Digital Operations Consulting

A recent graduate of the 2 year Winemaking Certificate program at University of California, Davis campus Ryan continues building his family's private vineyard and winery business.  Villa Rustica, LLC was started as a hobby vineyard, and has continued to expand into 3 acres of grapes, a new winery building and 200 tree fruit orchard.

Ryan's wife Gail, is also retired from the Financial Service industry spends most weekends at the winery, gardening, canning, and helping build the family farm.  Ryan's family includes son Kyle, and daughter Rachel, both pursuing degrees at Maryville University and University of Kentucky.
