Can We Add Significant Value?
When it comes down to it most people inquiring about our services have only addressed the tip of the iceberg in terms of opportunities to better protect, optimize, or utilize their wealth. Most are quite successful in their career or business that generated their wealth. However, their weakness almost always lies in lacking the infrastructure, talent, support and routines to continually optimize what they have accumulated. Whether our biggest opportunities for improvement are related to financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, estate planning or risk management issues, we have a robust system in place to identify and address these needs on an ongoing basis.
Identifying Issues and Opportunities
The first key to optimal wealth management is identifying issues and opportunities as precisely and completely as possible. We like to say that "success comes from being proactive and specific, failure from being reactive and vague." The fact is that most people coming to see us recognize that they (and their former advisors) have been vague and reactive in several areas of wealth management. Our process is quite effective in bringing clients from a paralyzed "limited action" state, to a state of focused action. During our Discovery Session we will show you concrete ways to do this across each of the five disciplines of wealth management (financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, estate planning and risk management).
Addressing Issues and Opportunities
The second key to optimal wealth management is addressing issues and opportunities as efficiently and completely as possible. Once clarity is obtained, you need direction on what to do next and, often, the discipline and support to complete it. This is where our technical knowledge and experience plays a role. Our advisors work to pinpoint issues, opportunities, and the remedies and actions necessary to address them. Then our team provides you support to help complete your plan’s implementation. It’s our way of helping you address issues and opportunities as efficiently and completely as possible.
Facilitating Team Work
The third and final key to optimal wealth management is facilitating teamwork between you and our value-added advisors. We will certainly be one of the key value-added advisors on your team, but there are or will be others. Your accountant, attorney and others play important roles. Often, there is poor communication and collaboration among the parties. Also, because such specialists typically have a narrow view and incomplete picture of the whole, our job is to coordinate how all the pieces work together.
